'Moderation history of entire account' 'Load More' frequently erroring out for large per-account event lists

I am on Ozone 0.1.104. Frequently, from both modal (opened from reports queue) and full-page account views, the "Load More" button errors out with this error:

{"error":"InvalidRequest","message":"Error: uris/0 must be a valid at-uri"}

Examples - in both cases this is on the first click of 'Load More' after initial events load OK for "Moderation history of entire account':

Happy to send more data if needed, but I don't want to put unobfuscated HTTP traffic into a public bug report

I did capture an example in the node logs, but they don't add anything the HTTP logs from Brave 'Developer Tools'.

If you want an example request/response showing the error I can obfuscate the moderation service information from the node log and post here.

The "Whole Account" Event filter has the same problem, it's almost useless at scale
