Error reported in plan execution mechanism

While using the queueserver (version 0.0.22) we observed the following error reported:

Attempt to start a plan (Run Engine) while worker is not reset after completion of previous plans.This may indicate a serious issue with the plan queue execution mechanism. Please report the issue to developer team."

Is the issue reproducible or it just happened once? Did it happen in the middle of executing the queue or for the first plan?
