Testing ready-made streams

Add an example of a stream of events
I attach a json of a full run with many stream_resource and stream_datum as an example for event consumer pipelines to work with.

This has definitely come up before, but I can't find an issue either. @genematx just raised this idea as well.

I like the idea of a directory of newline-delimited JSON like:

{"name": "descriptor": "doc": {"uid": "...", "time": "..."}}

with a README or table of contents describing how they were generated.

The event-model repository seems like a natural home for this content, as most (all?) bluesky libraries already depend on it, directly or indirectly.

In service of improving test coverage for the TiledWriter development, @genematx is creating some sample document streams in the bluesky repo in bluesky/bluesky#1897. We both agree that these should eventually find a home here in event-model.

Noting this in case anyone else is undertaking similar work.
