ADPilatus fails to to receive trigger, and enter error state

The saxs and waxs on i22 are both ADPilatuses. I have started encoutering the following error.

It looks like the hdfwriter is open and closing before the trigger is sent - but that's just a guess.

This is using the fly_and_collect stub, that was previously a stub in ophyd_async

This error is logged on the IOC when this happens:

Is this an ophyd_async issue, or an IOC issue? I am not aware of them encountering this issue in GDA

Possibly caused by trying to return the read value of the detector putting the detector into an error state?
