Hi @hamx01 and @cirrusflyer, Normally the application will automatically redirect you to the register page if you have not yet created an account. If the client cannot reach the server then the client does not know that you do not have an account yet and won't redirect you. I suspect the issue here is that the client cannot reach the server. Please double check your connection settings, specifically the environmental variable set in the docker compose file. |

Thanks. I updated the "UPTIME_APP_API_BASE_URL" and that got it to work. |

Entered an http://server:5000/api/v1, but it is not working, they are at the same network in docker, and client even car curl from this server. |

I have the same issue, after registrating, nothing happened and I cannot login. Using docker and all servers is on the same network. I'm using cloudflare tunnel to connect to the external domain https://monitor.mydnsdomain.com/register. all containers is on the same network as the tunnel. When I try to login I get the Network Error message |

There are several reasons for this and the last one is about the Cloudflare tunnel actually. Sometimes people do not follow the installation steps, and sometimes they change the configuration file to make sure it matches their setup (e.g port). We'll check this with Alex again to make sure what to do in which case. |

@gorkem-bwl Thanks for clarifying and checking! I'm not sure if the problem is similar in my case, since I don't use Cloudflare but I do use a reverse proxy to access the client via my ssl certificate. However, the backend is not proxied and connection between client and server internally shouldn't be affected in my experience. Maybe if you have time, you could check some more details here. |
