How about using Claude Skills instead of the web-agent setup?

Each Agent could be its own Claude-Skill with its own tasks, templates, checklists, workflows, data.

So, instead of having a Gem or GPT, you could have each Bmad Agent as a Claude-Skill and Claude would automatically invoke or use them when needed, or you could do it manually whenever you like, directly in whatever claude chat session. This sounds like a big upgrade, combining the BMad Method with Claude's new capabilities

Cus Bmad is not Claude-exclusive, it has to support everyone under AGENTS.md (and people's suggestion on adding a folder/directory update such that they are more efficient). Until everyone wants to get on board with "Claude Skills" as another standard along side MCP, it's hard to ask for this.

Yes this exactly - and right now supporting the skills would not really add anything new that I can tell. But once the v6 is merged as final 6.0 release (after beta) we might re-explore this option as v6 does support some custom build options we have not really fully used yet.
