We are getting the rotation block as EPOCH_BLOCK_NUMBER + 176 but as per BEP-131 we have to get EPOCH_BLOCK_NUMBER + 9 or EPOCH_BLOCK_NUMBER + 21 ...
So,, could you guys help me if I missed anything
