How to use with Laravel Herd on Windows

I am trying to use Fingerprint with sites running on Herd, but the hashed file requests return the request page's html, not the css/js file.
I placed the Nginx virtual host setup code in `C:\Users\{user}\.config\herd\config\valet\Nginx\{sitename}.test.conf`, inside the `server` context.
Is this the correct path? Is there an exact spot inside the context that this code should be placed?
