malt materials for instance collections

Hi again!
Loving the Malt engine. I have collection instances and wish to override the materials on each instance. Does malt support material overrides for collection instances

Nope, sorry.
Materials are assigned in the same way as any other Blender renderer.

I think you could instance your collection and override the material in Geometry Nodes.
