Northern Europe: bottom cities go off the map, one covered

Workaround:

• Resizing the game window can allow cities that go below the green background to show up. I didn't see a way to get the city covered by "Resource resupply" to get uncovered.
• Enabling "Shrink or expand game to fit screen" in game settings allows maps below bottom to show up.

We didn't actually play through this game to see if that covered city was clickable. Chris Mill's table did, so he might be able to speak to this.
