requiredBaseBranches is not being considered

The bot is merging PRs that are asking to be merged to branches other than the requiredBaseBranches (in my case, master).

My config file has:

requiredBaseBranches:
- master

The bot output is this (it's the snapshot that I could get, otherwise it just merges and I can't read it anymore):

Note that there's no requiredBaseBranches in that list 😬

Any idea why this is happening? I believe I didn't make any typo in the rule name, or yaml syntax typo? 🤷
