prov data missing from repository #3
Description
It appears the prov.json file has been removed from the GitHub repository. I am running a script using the taxadb package that ran with no problems last week, and now am getting the error message:
1: In open.connection(con, "rb") :
cannot open URL 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/boettiger-lab/taxadb-cache/master/prov.json': HTTP status was '404 Not Found'
It happens when the td_create() function is called
