Bug: reactive save prompt without changes

I encountered an issue when using the field on a multilingual page. If I have a translated table field on the page and switch languages, the panel always prompts me to save the page, even when no changes have been made. I tested this on a clean Kirby starter kit with version 4.5.0 and table field version 2.4.0. Functionally, everything still works as expected.

@saltandbits Thanks for reporting this, I'm currently facing some reactive issues since the introduction of the writer-input in which it detects changes even if there's none of them. I don't have a solution atm but would investigate this further.
