Bump livestore snapshot and drop local patches

Upstreamed in snapshot 484098f5: @livestore/common-cf client decode
(PR #1167) and @effect/rpc msgpackr fix (PR #1163). The local
`type: "bytes"` tweak in the common-cf patch was confirmed redundant.
