When clicking the mouse without moving, the element resizes on its own

How to re-produce:

• Resize the element to any size.
• Click the handle but don't move your mouse.
• The element will resize, and it will resize again every time you click the handle.

This bug was introduced in version 6.11.1 and is in the latest version 6.11.2 as well.
