Can you add bindings for VBNet and Groovy

Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you for providing these bindings. It was very easy to get started.

I wonder if you can also add bindings for VBNet and Groovy? VBNet is important because many older projects have both VB.Net and C# code. Groovy, because many Java projects write their tests with Groovy+Spok.

Are there any requirements to add bindings for new languages? I see the tree-sitter wiki has a grammar.json and no external scanner.
