Jellyfin 10.11.0 Support

Can the plugin be updated for Jellyfin 10.11.0? It is currently listed as not supported with the new Jellyfin release.

I have an updated version available in the repo @ https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fluffy-godzilla/jellyfin-plugin-mediatracker/fix_crash/manifest.json
It seems to load but I can't really test it due to 10.11.0 crashing and restarting any time I attempt to watch anything (with or without plugins).

The repo says 'EXPERIMENTAL CHANGES', but it's really just the bugfixes for the issues I have encountered with bonukai's version of mediatracker plugin on my linux server.

Installed and working without error on Jellyfin 10.11.2.

I tried it on 10.11.4 but got "No service for type 'Jellyfin.Plugin.FileTransformation.Library.IWebFileTransformationReadService' has been registered."
