Enable custom endpoints in Prometheus Service Monitor

Hey, guys! I would like to add as a suggestion for improvement in the Helm Chart, in the Service Monitor resource, the option to add custom endpoints, as it enables the configuration of some Grafana Cloud parameters.

Thanks @danielvincenzi for this suggestion. We'll explore the possibility of implementing this and get back to you with the updates.

Things to be done to acheive this:

• Adding a parameter here for endpoints.
• Using that parameter here in prometheus-serviceMonitor-apiserver.yaml
