Allow agent to use custom cluster domains to contact API server

Issue or Feature Request:
Currently the agent hardcodes the cluster domain to 'svc.cluster.local' - this does not work for us as we change the cluster domain in our clusters. It would be great if it was configurable in at least the agent, but preferably the chart also.
