Install not working on Win10

Hi, just having some difficulty getting the package installed.
First, {:jaxon, "~> 2.0"} is not finding the package and I've reverted to "2.0.0-alpha.1"
Second, after installing nmake and ensuring it's in the Path I'm getting this error:
NMAKE : fatal error U1052: file 'Makefile.win' not found
I've not seen this error before with other packages and wouldn't know what to do to fix it. I'm not looking for a solution since I'll just use a non-stream compatible parser for the mo' and perhaps come back here at another time.
I thought I'd highlight in case anyone else catches this.
