There are spacing issues in some of the paragraphs. PP01 first paragraph last two lines are spaced at the syll-a-ble and word le-vel. Makes for hard reading. The first couple of lines of paragraph 38.3 are the same.
In PP02 there is a blank line after paragraph 46.2 46.1 that is not in the source document.
We need a way for styling the EGW tags. I prefer smaller size and grey scale. Harvey had a specific size and weight that he used for MB.
We will also want to style the English letters and arabic numbers in the paragraphs to be the same line height as the surrounding Thai text.
We will also want to style the text at the top of some chapters that says "This chapter is based on X". My preference is for italics and to be justified from the right margin.
