prepare_iso.sh not working with "Install macOS 10.13 Beta.app" #25

Hi,
just tried to build the first VM with the new macOS 10.13 Beta.
Seems like the "BaseSystem.dmg" has moved into the "Install macOS 10.13 Beta.app".
