Will this command harm my computer?

dism /online /remove-feature /featurename:Recall /removepayload

I asked AI how to completely remove Recall (since I greatly dislike it and want it gone) and it gave back the command above. It should remove Recall's payload (and possibly delete Recall). I am simply wondering if it is safe to do so, or will it harm my computer running on Windows 11 24H2? My computer is also a surface laptop 7 with ARM 64.

dsim has been depreciated and removed in that version of Windows if I recall correctly. I can be re-installed, but that isn't recommended.

an alternative 'powershell' command:

Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName "Recall" -Remove

search AI pointed to a windowslatest.com article for that command (see number 3)
