Looks like a DNS issue with the domain rather than anything in the library.

pdfmake.org still points at an old GitHub address (192.30.252.153) instead of the current GitHub Pages ones — and that address just answers with the 403 page in your screenshot. Over HTTPS it fails even earlier, on a certificate mismatch. bpampuch.github.io/pdfmake/ redirects to the same domain because of the CNAME file, so it isn't a way around it either.

The site itself still looks fine and is being deployed as usual, so this should come down to updating the A records for pdfmake.org — which only whoever controls that domain can do.

In the meantime, if you just need the playground: https://oxiggy.github.io/pdfmake-playground/ — an unofficial rebuild that runs entirely in the browser.
