Screen rotation causes Swipe X/Y handle location errors

When you rotate the screen and then are using the Swipe X/Y view, the handle for the slider is no longer where it should be on the layer "divider" line. Noticed this especially in the gallery working with patrons on the new desktop touch screen.

@itspangler says this is an old bug, but let me know if screenshots/screen recordings are necessary.
