Annotations pane doesn't automatically close when tour is opened

Bug

If a user loads annotations and then opens an Atlascope tour without closing the annotations interface, it'll stay open during the tour:

This also happens if you enter "Annotation mode" and then open a tour:

Suggested fix

We should probably add behavior that automatically closes any other drawer/mode/window/etc. when an Atlascope tour is loaded.
