Partition info, type, settings

Hello, I connected the BQ Reader cervantes touch  to the computer and formatted the internal memory partition. Now i dont have acess to internal memory in the bq reader. I need to reflash the firmware to fix everything, but when I try, it always says the firmware file is corrupted. How can I resolve this?
Any one knows how to format the partition so i can see it again?
