Linkml Trimmer Todos #13
Description
- add subsets as an argument to the trimmer
- add cli
- currently the trimmed model has metadata: metamodel_version; but we also want to add which version of bkbit was used to trim the model
- update scripts/readme to include linkml_trimmer
