improving the model generation process

There are several things that should be improved:

• using proper Google API to get access to the specific version of google sheet
• pulling information from google sheet after providing information about the version as an input, see example
• changing the GA workflows that push to bkbit , so they create PR instead of pushing to main, see example

I'm not fully convinced anymore, since I discovered later that the versions in google sheets are not really fixed and can be changed.
