[Urgent] 'cranial nerves' is using 'cranial nerve root' instead of 'cranial nerve' from Uberon

In 01d70be cranial nerves was edited and now is 'root of cranial nerve'
and ('part of' some 'Mus musculus'). This is causing and unsatisfiable class in CL obophenotype/cell-ontology#3205 because in Ubeorn a nerve is part of the central nervous system, but a nerve root can be part of the CNS. Therefore, the term vestibular nerve is part of the PNS and CNS:

The correct Uberon term should be cranial nerve.

This issue is preventing the CL release.

The issue is solved in CL, but I think cranial nerves is still pointing to cranial nerve root, instead of cranial nerve.
