Make python tutorials easier to navigate to on website #1
Description
Could we make it clear at the top of the page that we are promoting the python thing AND neuromatch? Right now it just says "!!!Register for Neuromatch!!!” when you first enter.
Example: put a hot link up top so people can go directly to the links to the python tutorials and their planned respective weeks. Maybe make the big header a little smaller. Also, I think we should fill out the first one with a tutorial link (not just a placeholder TBD) so when people click the ad in an email, they can get started.
