Add required sidecar for reporting dependencies and versions

We need an easier way to track back the dependencies of an App (especially after compilation and dockerization)
One suggestion would be to require a sidecar JSON with the dependencies and versions.

dipy=1.1
FREESURFER=7.0

etc
