I saw a user running into this error message
estimate_response: Gradient encoding matrix does not represent a HARDI sequence!
I am wondering if the input DWI was DSI.. but I am not sure. When a user upload dwi data, I think we should check to see if it's HARDI, and if not, add tags and warn user that the input image is not HARDI. How can I test it?
