OSError: Invalid cross-device link -- how to overcome? #34
Description
I’m trying to run the fMRI prep volume output app on Brainlife but it keeps crashing. I attached the .err and .log files below and have tried rerunning it several times with the same error. The logs show an OSError: Invalid cross-device link caused when the script tries to create a hard link between files on different filesystems, which isn’t allowed. Could you help me understand what is causing this and how to fix it?
