necessity of hires and cw256 configuration settings #10

I haven't actually tried to implement this, but it seems to me that the appropriate settings for these configuration parameters could be inferred from the input nifti file or its header. Am I misunderstanding this?
If these values could be inferred, is there a justification for still including them as input parameters (e.g. override)? Alternatively, might it be conceivable to have no explicit input (i.e. via a 3 option dropdown option box, rather than a checkbox) result in this inference-based behavior?
