Unable to sign up

Hi Brainlife team,

I am unable to sign up. I fill out the form at https://brainlife.io/auth/#!/signup and select the checkbox at the bottom of the page for I have read and consent to Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. When I click Submit, the aforementioned checkbox gets automatically unselected and the following banner is returned:
