Cannot untick 'exclude' to include MEGRE phase images in BIDS datasets #138
Description
I'm encountering issues with phase images in ezBIDS. The BIDS specification gives this information about the part entity value which includes part-phase. This entity is used by anatomical imaging data and non-parametric structural MR.
I tested some MEGRE and T2starw series with phase images in ezBIDS.
When converting MEGRE data from NIfTI to BIDS, I found that I could not untick the phase images from being excluded:
However, when converting T2starw data (same as MEGRE but single-echo), I had no issues with the phase components:
