Uploading multiple directories fails when one directory encounters a preprocessing error #143
Description
When attempting to upload multiple directories containing dicoms from the same session, if one of the directories encounters an error during preprocessing, the entire upload session fails.
As a result, users are unable to proceed with the dicoms that were successfully processed. Ideally, ezBIDS should allow users to continue processing the valid dicoms while handling the erroneous one separately, without causing the entire session to fail.
