Shell for Wine application runs in the wrong Wine version (1.6.2)

Despite having the 1.9.19-staging version selected, when running the installer.sh I'm prompted shown that 1.6.2 is selected.

I've looked through the settings, I'm not sure how to change this is 1.6.2 isn't even installed.
