Reinstate ability to fetch Configuration class

As outlined here, we were able to use BrainTreeClient to fetch the configuration, which our whitelabeled integration needs to use to integrate to multiple different BrainTree clients (which may support different cards, have Google Pay turned on or off etc).

Until this is in 5.x we cannot migrate to it. As far as I'm aware the iOS integration still makes this information accessible.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I don't know if BrainTreeClient can simply be made public again, but something that makes it similarly easy to access would be nice.

@warmkesselj I hope I can answer your question in a way that is helpful. As the product is whitelabeled, the block of code where we initialise different clients (like the GooglePayClient) can use different Client tokens. Depending on this token the implementation will point towards a different Braintree instance. This means that at any point we cannot be sure of what is enabled and therefore what the UI should show etc, and need to refer to the Configuration class, something we do currently implementing v4.

Examples of fields we require from the configuration, as they may differ from client to client.
configuration.supportedCardTypes
configuration.isCvvChallengePresent
configuration.isGooglePayEnabled

My understanding is, given #1266 (comment), this is no longer supported on v5.

Any update in this? How am I supposed to know if Google Pay is enabled in my integration without this?
