Build Step Missed an Incorrect Class Name

But the deployment never finalized because:

Zeitwerk::NameError: expected file /app/app/surveys/survey_template/reports/survey_instance_report_data.rb to define constant SurveyTemplate::Reports::SurveyInstanceReportData, but didn't

So how assets precompile? Did it skip this step because the asset cache was good enough?
