Document mobileconfig usage for policies on macOS

Description

I am looking for a way to manage Brave settings similar to Chrome/Firefox using the macOS Profiles. Chrome's policy list https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/ and an example profile for Chrome https://github.com/rodchristiansen/Profiles/blob/master/Apps/ChromePrefs.mobileconfig.

Expected result:

A way to manage the settings and documentation on how to do so, similar to the active directory documentation for managing settings on Windows.

Miscellaneous Information:

I believe that the profiles also apply for phones, but I don't have any experience with them so I can't comment on that.

I removed most of the sections that I don't believe apply here. If that's incorrect, let me know and I can add them back with some information.

After reading #17609, it seems that the mobile configs "just work" the same as Chrome does. The only difference is using the brave plist name, com.brave.Browser.

So I think there are only two things that I would like to see from this.

1. Documenting that the mobileconfigs/profiles work basically the same as Chrome with just the modified name.
2. Documenting how to manage updates. Chrome does not manage updates through com.google.Chrome, it is done through com.google.Keystone.
