Description

Fullscreen video is cropped when entering fullscreen from portrait mode. The bottom portion of the video is cut off, and only the upper part is visible. If I manually rotate the phone to landscape before tapping the fullscreen button, the video displays correctly. This issue occurs on YouTube in Brave on my Samsung Galaxy M30

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Brave on an Android device.
  2. Go to YouTube in the browser.
  3. Keep the phone in portrait orientation.
  4. Play any video.
  5. Tap the Fullscreen button on the video player.
  6. Observe that the bottom portion of the video is cut off.
7.Exit fullscreen, manually rotate the phone to landscape, and enter fullscreen again.
  7. Observe that the video now displays correctly.
