Please don't delete download files when clearing them

Description

Deleting download history should just delete the history, not the actual files. At least send them to trash.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download file (maybe this taken an hour)
2. Click 'Delete' on the top right of the browser, on the 'recent download history' modal
3. File gets deleted, and not even sent to trash, just lost

Actual result

I lost my file after an hour of downloading it.

Expected result

Download history is deleted, but the file is still in the system.
