Extremely high CPU usage while playing YouTube video despite GPU accel being enabled

Description

Playing a YouTube video results in CPU usage going up to 100% sometimes, despite GPU accel being enabled and the GPU usage also increasing in Task Manager.

Specs:
RTX 5070 Ti
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Windows 11 26200.8875
NVIDIA Drivers 610.88
Brave 1.93.129 Chromium: 151.0.7922.71

Issue also appears when I disable all extensions and also with Brave Shields disabled. Watching a video in MS Edge on my PC results in normal CPU & GPU usage.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play YouTube video at 4K
2. Observe CPU and GPU usage in Task Manager

Actual result

CPU usage at 100%

Expected result

CPU usage at close to 0%
