[Follow up to #8614] Only the `first` video is auto-downloaded to the `playlist`

Follow-up to #8614

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Go to https://youtube.com
3. Add a few videos to the playlist with any method (URL search bar, long tap, Menu)
4. Three-dot menu > Playlist > Observe that only the first video is auto-downloaded

Actual result:

Only the first video is auto-downloaded to the playlist. This is true when Auto-Play is ON or OFF and Auto-Save for Offline is ON or Only Wi-Fi. This is happening on both iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 16.7.2.

Expected result:

All added videos to the playlist must be downloaded automatically when Auto-Save for Offline is set to ON or Only Wi-Fi.
