Password manager doesn't fill forms properly

Description:

On any website, when I save credentials, I encounter an error about the form being empty during autofill.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.2.1, use Brave for Internet browsing.
2. Log in to any website and save credentials.
3. Log out, close the browser, log in again but autofill the login form using Brave.

Actual result:

Expected result:

Successful login.

Reproduces how often:

Easily, always, everywhere.

Brave Version:

1.61.1 (24.14.20)
