UI Lockup in Select a Token to Send

Description:

Tricky to reproduce, but UI can lockup when opening Send after the Select a Token to Send modal is presented.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Send, wait for Select a Token to Send modal to present
2. Scrolling quickly after first seeing balances load in seems to help reproduce lockup.

Actual result:

UI locks up

Expected result:

UI does not lockup
