Standard mode content blockers fail to compile with large lists #8731

Description:

This is simply caused by adding an additional rule in standard mode pushing the number of rules beyond the 150k max.
This only happens to the Anti-porn list as it's the only one surpassing the 150k limit but it might happen if any one list grows beyond the 150k limit or if we add a new list that surpasses the limit.

Steps to Reproduce

There is no way to reproduce this as currently the anti-porn list (the only list that exceed the maximum) is disabled on iOS. What we should test however is that network adblocking works as expected. You can use the following list:
