Make it possible to disable sorting on a column

For some columns, especially if you define your own getter to display a compound value, sorting is not possible. The header of the column is always shown as clickable but clicking it throws a 500 then ("field not found" or something like that). It would be nice to set in the configuration something like "sort: false" on a specific column.
